HAWKS

Type: Hyper-Adapted Warfare Killcraft
Designation: H.A.W.K.S
Original Builders: The Hubritians (Pre-Titan Civilization)
Rediscovered by: Cylli
Modified by: Dr. Avalon Brookes
Named by: The Flaxus
Status: Operational – Hostile

Shape: Razor-edged arrowhead profile, matte-black hull, ghostlike movement

Overview:
The HAWKS were born in peace, reborn in cruelty, and named in awe.

Originally constructed by the Hubritians, a long-lost pre-Titan civilization, the vessels now known as HAWKS were once transport craft—elegant and efficient, built for long-range colonization and migration. They slept in silence for centuries, buried beneath Cylli’s cylinder, forgotten by history but preserved by time.

When Dr. Avalon Brookes gained Cylli’s trust, she offered the ships to him as a gift—naively believing she was helping humanity rebuild. But Brookes, ever the manipulator, rewrote their purpose. He stripped away their ancient guidance systems and infused them with weaponised code. He gave them teeth.

It was the Flaxus himself, gazing upon them from the sulfurous skies of Venus, who gave them their name:

“They rule our skies as hawks once ruled Earth’s.”

And so the name stuck.
Now, the HAWKS are feared across the Solar System—autonomous, unfeeling killcraft that strike from nowhere and vanish before alarms can sound. They are armed with Sphere Beams, experimental weapons that use spatial curvature to collapse gravitational integrity, effectively erasing targets from spacetime.

They do not broadcast. They do not hesitate.
And worst of all—they were never meant to be this.

Capabilities:

  • Advanced Hubritian Sphere Drives: Ultra-precise micro-jumps through curved spacetime

  • Modified Sphere Beam: Weaponised hyperspatial collapse

  • Autonomous AIs: Reprogrammed with Brookes’ fragmented logic

  • Stealth Geometry: Radar-invisible, gravimetrically silent

  • No crew: No life, no remorse

Notes:

  • Cylli refers to them only as “the broken birds”, and will not speak of them directly

  • Echo detects them only when they choose to be seen

  • One HAWK is believed to have hovered over the Cylinder for four minutes before vanishing—unarmed

  • Some fragments of Hubritian code remain in their core, locked away and silent
